We are all born inclusive.
One of Jodee's trademarks in her art is increasing participation for marginalised communities in the arts locally, nationally and internationally.
Jodee works as a consultant with arts organisations and councils around how to increase the presence of artists and community members who are marginalised. This is her exceptional passion. After being supported by the Australia Council in a mentorship in community partnerships, it has been acknowledged that Jodee has a methodology that can be shared with your organisation.
In 2016 so far, Jodee has delivered consultation and training for the City of Melbourne, the City of Moreland, The City of Boroondara, Google and for the Performance Space in Sydney,
Jodee has worked with leading arts organisations such as Creative Victoria, Polyglot Theatre, Snuff Puppets, Strange Fruit, City of Moreland, Westside Circus, Back to Back Theatre, Graeae Theatre, Definitely Theatre, Australian Theatre of the Deaf, Main Theatre, London International Festival of Theatre, Arts Access Victoria, St Martins Youth Arts Centre and Fed Sq specifically in community arts development and inclusive practice.
Shoot us an email. We would love to work with your organisation around this area. No matter how big or small, start somewhere. Ask who is not there and why not? Jodee can come run some training workshops and leave resources with your organisation.
